Dana Stieglitz, N.P.

Dana graduated with a Masters degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from California State University Dominguez Hills in 1998. She completed her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at Samuel Merritt University in 2014. Her doctoral research investigated Pilates and its effectiveness in treating chronic low back pain, and was published in “The Journal of Bodyworks and Movement Therapies.”

Dana and her family have lived in the Sacramento area since 1999. In her career as a Nurse Practitioner she has worked in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Cardiology and Employee Health prior to joining NCSRA in 2017. Dana is also STOTT PILATES® Instructor and Instructor Trainer in East Sacramento.
